Our head Chef Edgar Gomez, was born in Tlapa Guerrero, Mexico. Edgar cultivated a passion and love for Culinary Arts derived from his Mexican roots. With 25 years of experience he is now known for incorporating a harmonious combination of Latin American flavors to his cooking repertoire.
